Following a Japanese philosophy of cooking with an appetite for innovation, we’ve crafted a variety of broths to satisfy every palate and craving. But innovation never replaces patience. Ramen should be slow, soulful, and made with care. That means no shortcuts.



Our tonkotsu broth simmers for up to 18 hours until it’s rich and creamy. We make our own noodles daily, our eggs are marinated with our special mix of seasonings and our toppings are chosen thoughtfully. Each topping is places with intention and is layered for balance, depth, and harmony. Every bowl is built from scratch with premium ingredients, many sourced directly from Japan.

The journey started with a simple goal: bring the kind of ramen we first fell in love with in Japan—the kind you’d find tucked into a quiet Tokyo alley. 



What began as a single shop has grown into four New Jersey locations, each one staying true to the same values: scratch-made food, warm hospitality, and a love for tradition.
